Terms of Use for Graphics and Graphics Resources


General Terms

  1. You may NOT hotlink (ie directly link) to any of the graphics or graphics resources on this website.
  2. You must provide credit (ie a link if your work is distributed online) if you use the resources to create anything that will be shared with others.
  3. You may not claim credit for the graphics or graphics resources.
  4. You may not use the graphics or graphics resources for any website, artwork, or other material that promotes hatred of others based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, physical or mental handicap, religion, or country of origin. You may not use these resources for pornographic websites or art. (To clarify, pornographic does not include sexually explicit films that are rated R or TV shows rated MA or the equivalent in your country.)
  5. While the materials provided are intended to be compatible as possible they are provided as is and I am not responsible for any damages caused by their use.

Specific Terms

  1. Digital Art (Fractals, wallpapers, etc) can be used unaltered or resized for personal use only (wallpapers, avatars, etc). All other alterations (changing color, etc) are forbidden.
  2. Graphic Resources (textures, brushes, patterns, stock photographs, etc) may not be distributed unaltered without my express consent.
  3. Tutorials may not be reposted nor may you create the exact graphic described in the tutorial and claim credit. The purpose of a tutorial is to show you methods that can be used for artistic creation.
